Apprenticeship & Craft Training

WTCABC is committed to a well-trained, well-educated construction workforce. To that end, we have operated an apprenticeship program since 1987 approved by the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) of the U.S. Department of Labor. Our program currently offers apprenticeship in 12 different trades and is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER)

In addition to craft training, WTCABC is a certified skills assessment center and has the flexibility to design a craft training program to fit our members' specific needs. Skills assessment and performance evaluations can help you determine if employees are deficient in certain tasks and need additional training or can provide a valuable certification for highly qualified employees.

Does your company need an expense write-off for the end of the year?  Consider a donating to WTCABC's Education Trust.  Any donation of $1,000 or more will also get your company's logo on the WTCABC Education webpage. For more information please contact the ABC Office at 901-794-9212 .
